About me and my family
Hi, my names Tracey and I live with my partner Darren; we have been together for 16 years and have a 6 -year-old son. As a Registered Childminder, I can offer quality childcare in a clean safe and loving home environment. I have a happy relaxed and friendly home where all children and parents are welcome, each child will benefit from having a regular routine helping them to feel safe and secure. I create a stimulating environment for the children and through play will incorporate many different learning activities into their day. Most importantly, I want the children to be happy and to enjoy the time they spend in my care.
I am an N.C.M.A Children Come First Network Childminder, this is a quality assurance scheme, I maintain certain quality standards and have frequent monitored visits by a South Gloucestershire Council Network Development Worker. I also take ongoing training so I may consistently update and improve the service I provide. I co-run the local Surestart Childminding Group, where children have access to the indoor and outdoor facilities, I also attend Warmley Childminding group at North Common and go to local toddler sessions. I make regular visits to the library so there is always a fresh selection of books available and children are given the opportunity to choose books themselves. We go out locally to nearby parks and often use the cycle track for walks sometimes enjoying the company of other childminders and their minded children. We go on local trips to Horseworld, Bristol Zoo, Puxton Park,
